Welcome to the Exiles website we strive of Excellence and Synergy while promoting good and fair game play. We do not tolerate the bashing of other guildies and expect you to take any concerns up with an Officer that you feel most comfortable with but please try to reserve for Azabella as she will be handling guild personnel concerns. Please try to control emotions in vent and in guild chat, trade or any other chat channels.
The following words will not be tolerated in vent, guild chat or even in trade; we are all adults and should respect other people and show a certain respect for all.
*Fail – when directed towards another guild member.
*Anal – the jokes in trade are old and very immature if we catch you participating in this sort of action it will result in your spot in the raids for the week to go buh bye.
*No N word- this word will not be tolerated at all either or will any other slander against any race, person or sex.
I’m sure this list will grow as time goes on. We want to create a fun atmosphere and if someone slanders another guild or treats someone with a lack of respect they won’t feel comfortable here and will want to leave. We are all like a family and should show the same respect we show our real life family and friends. Also note that talk of religion, politics and sexual orientation we would prefer not to have them talked about in guild chat. Not to say you can’t whisper or find other means to do so but people have other opinions and point of views and to bash someone because they feel one way or is apart of a certain religion will not be tolerated again this is to provide comfort for all not just a few. We don’t need heated arguments over silly things when we come to relax in the game.
Loot Rules:
Loot will be a loot council meaning if your interested in the item dropped simply let us now when asked to and link current item please indicate if this is for off-spec before hand. The officers will discuss whom this will benefit the most and hand out the item. Loot drama on this will not be tolerated and people having a fit over it are subject to demotion up to and including termination of guild membership. We will be fair and keep track of which piece went where and we will know what upgrade will benefit the player the most. This process worked in Afterglow and will work here as well.
**Certain loot will be added to bank immediately and this is Primordial Saronite/ Patterns / BOE items / and Crusader Orbs. We will have the ability to craft very high level items like this for our members and hand them out in a guild function or to gear you up to pull more weight, either the case these items will be banked on the spot no rolls will take place. Please Raid Leaders remember to post this when invites go out for anyone filling in.
**PUG grouping- The above loot council will be null and void if we pick up players to complete a raid. At this time it will go straight to rolls 1 Ms (roll 1-100) 1 OS (roll 1-99) although the raid leaders should be letting all the PUGGERS know we will be keeping patterns /BOE/ Primordial Saronite/Orbs. We do not save items for anyone either when we fill for a raid, I firmly believe they should have a shot at these items that drop off of bosses if they help us get there.
Other important information:
Plans and BOE items will be sold accordingly to fund guild bank, which will thus fund your repair bills. Progression for 2-3 hours can be very expensive and I would like to have attitudes kept at Bay while we learn to fight and play together least I can do is buff you up and repair your gear on the bank. The allowance will start at 500 gold a day for repair only and be available to players holding [Raider] position in the guild. All BoE’s however can be purchased from the guild for 60% of the AH going price.
Raiding Policy:
There are chances and times I will promote typically this will happen when raiding and when officers have decided it is time for that player. Raid attendance is a minimum of 50%. If you can go please sign up, but remember while this is your $14.99 a month to play remember the other $134.91 (other nine) or $359.76 (other twenty four) that pay to play too. They depend on you to show up when you sign up and when you don’t it’s a waste of their time and yours as well. If you no show on a raid without prior contact to an officer either by email, text or in game we will be more than likely to put you at the bottom of the raid list and allow someone else that would be more dependable in your place. If you plan on going on vacation please start a thread on Forums to let the entire guild know. These steps are in place so we all can enjoy the $14.99 we pay to play this game, and all these rules and guidelines in place are to ensure that we all do enjoy the game and people we are playing with.
We raid from 9pm to Midnight, Tuesday, Thursday and possibly one other night to be determined. We will run as many 10 mans that are needed to get everyone in so please do not complete any of the new raids on your main toon (this includes the weekly) . The raid leader will be the only person allowed to call the raid, and if you have to leave in the middle of a raid due to an unexpected emergency i.e. wife is in labor, your couch is on fire, or someone within your family needs to go to the ER then that’s a different story, we can’t all plan for emergencies but please try to find a replacement before you go that is equally geared as you and can do almost the same or more dps/heals/tanking as you can. Again we don’t want to waste people’s time.
